Violence is never the answer.

On Wednesday, former Miss USA Brittany Nicole Poteet was charged with assaulting her boyfriend, Wade McKenzie, in an incident that took place last month.

The blonde appeared before NSW Deputy Chief Magistrate Christopher O’Brien at Sydney, Australia’s Downing Centre local court, and was slapped with a count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Wade had taken out an apprehended violence order — which provides protection for victims of domestic violence — against his former flame after she attacked him in the Neutral Bay suburb on December 16.

The 29-year-old has to enter a plea BEFORE her next court date. But what’s even crazier is this isn’t even the first time she’s been busted for domestic violence!

In 2013, the former Miss Virginia was charged with misdemeanor assault and battery following a fight with her then-boyfriend, James McElroy.

However, the charges were ultimately dismissed, because James told the judge he didn’t remember what had happened…

Not to mention, Brittany had also been accused of verbally attacking and directing homophobic slurs at her gay roommate, Derek Powell, in 2011 — but she denied those allegations as well.

Unsurprisingly, she was forced to hand over her Miss USA crown after she shared a Facebook photo wearing the headpiece, captioning it:

“Miss Alcoholic USA”

In the wake of her multiple scandals, the pageant girl had moved to Australia in 2014 where she worked as an HR consultant and an events coordinator… but we bet it’s gonna be hard to find work now!

What do U make of all this, Perezcious Readers??
