Did this sibling rivalry go too far?
As you’re probably aware, Aaron Rodgers never wanted his rift with his family to be put on public display. But when his younger brother, Jordan, went on JoJo Fletcher‘s season of The Bachelorette├óΓé¼┬ª there was just no way around it.
And just when things started to settle down, people started talking once again when the Green Bay quarterback’s father Ed told The New York Times that the family’s falling out was due to Aaron’s rise is popularity. Eep.
Now, we’re getting a little more insight into what started this whole thing in the first place.
A source close to Olivia Munn‘s love explained:
“[They] have always been competitive, and they’re always trying to one-up each other. It’s been that way since they were kids. They got older, and the stakes got higher.”
According to the insider, there was a “blow-up” about two years ago when the Rodgers bros got into a “regrettable” disagreement:
“It wasn’t an argument about anything all that interesting. Some things were said on both sides that were regrettable.”
And that’s when everyone else got involved:
“Their parents got involved in the middle of it. Everyone needed a cooling-off period. It could have ended there, but some people chose to go public with it, rather than keeping it a private family matter. And here we are.”
Oh wow, the sass!
“He’s all about practice. He has a real shot of taking it all, and that’s where he’s focusing his energy.”
His team will face the Atlanta Falcons this weekend to determine who goes to the big show.
Maybe we’ll get some sort of reconciliation after the season is over??
