Jamie Lynn Spears’ Daughter’s ATV Had Major Safety Warnings & The Company Faced Lawsuits From ATVs Rolling Over

Get the latest deets.

As it’s been reported Jamie Lynn Spears‘ daughter Maddie is in critical but stable condition following her scary ATV accident on Sunday, new details are coming out.

According to TMZ, in addition to lawsuits against Polaris‘ ATV’s, the RZR 170 model the 8-year-old was driving had safety warnings stating kids under 10 should not be driving or even in the passenger’s seat.

It read:

“Never allow a child under age 10 to operate or ride as a passenger in this vehicle. Children differ in skills, physical abilities and judgement. Please supervise the use of vehicle at all times. Permit continued use only if you determine that your child has the ability and maturity to operate safely.”

Meanwhile, a Polaris spokesperson only had this to say about the accident:

“The safety of our riders is our absolute top priority. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.”

Unfortunately, there have been a couple lawsuits against the company. One RZR ATV rolled over with the metal from the cage fracturing the driver’s spine. And in another case, when the RZR flipped, the driver was severely injured after the metal cage crashed down on her.

We can only pray Jamie’s daughter comes out of this okay!

Our thoughts and prayers continue to go out to the young girl and the rest of the Spears family.
