Michael Jackson’s Mother Accuses Her Nephew Of Elder Abuse — Claims She Is In A ‘Constant State Of Fear’

katherine jackson elder abuse lawsuit

This is so upsetting.

Michael Jackson‘s mother Katherine is accusing her nephew/driver, Trent Lamar Jackson, of inflicting years of mental abuse onto her. In fact, the elder abuse has gotten so bad that the Jackson matriarch is afraid to return to her home. Oh no!

The 86-year-old claims in court documents that Trent has previously accessed her bank accounts without her permission, as well as made personal purchases on her credit cards. But, the most troubling thing about these accusations are, the specifics about the “constant state of fear and confusion” the mother of 10 has been struggling with.

According to the late King of Pop’s momma, her nephew (through marriage) is “an abusive con-man” who has used emotional manipulation in order “assume control of her finances.” Apparently, when Katherine tried to fire Trent and evict him from her guest house, the alleged leech refused to go.

Thankfully, Mrs. Jackson is currently safe as she’s visiting her daughter Janet Jackson in London. Regardless, she is still “afraid to go home with Trent there” since she “fears he could physically harm her for terminating him.” However, it sounds like a judge believed Paris Jackson‘s grandmother’s claims as a restraining order has been issued against Trent.

It’s said Mr. Lamar Jackson has been ordered to vacate Katherine’s home and is required to return any keys, passwords, and combinations to the estate. Phew!

We’re innerested to hear how Trent plans to defend himself during the hearing scheduled for March 1. Fingers crossed he has a good lawyer!
