Chelsea Clinton is as strong as she is sweet — and now we know why!
But this week, Hillary Clinton‘s daughter found herself in the middle of an unlikely controversy involving breakfast foods and vegetables.
The 37-year-old took to Twitter to celebrate National Pancake Day on Tuesday night, showing off a stack of spinach pancakes she whipped up for her 2-year-old daughter Charlotte.
Of course, not everyone found the Green Eggs and Ham-esque meal appetizing, and a heated discussion ignited over Clinton’s signature dish:
However, not everyone was repulsed by the veggie-cakes!
Some, in fact, were intrigued by the healthy breakfast for dinner option, and Chelsea was happy to provide them with recipes:

After mealtime was over, the activist returned to speaking on more important issues — like the GOP’s faulty replacement for Obamacare — but didn’t ignore the controversy her spinach pancakes caused:
Yes, this deserves all caps because, a false choice ├óΓÇ░┬á a real choice. We may not agree on spinach pancakes, but surely that’s indisputable?! https://t.co/b3b5FAmLyh

Don’t knock it till you try it, folks! Just make sure you have plenty of syrup.
