The resistance is alive and well!
Former vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine‘s son Linwood Michael Kaine was arrested Saturday afternoon along with four others during a pro-Trump rally in St. Paul, Minnesota, according to police spokesman Steve Linders.
The 24-year-old and the rest of his group allegedly chanted and lit fireworks inside the Minnesota State Capitol. That…sounds dangerous. We do NOT recommend lighting fireworks inside a building ever.
Kaine was held at the Ramsey County jail on suspicion of second-degree rioting, but was ultimately released and not charged. However, the investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
When reached for comment, a spokeswoman for Tim Kaine said:
“We love that our three children have their own views and concerns about current political issues. They fully understand the responsibility to express those concerns peacefully.”
Yes, keep it peaceful, otherwise the opposition will only use any sign of violence or discord against us.
On the other hand, never stop protesting! Down with Trump!
