Those abs aren’t going to work themselves!
Recently, the 21-year-old wrote a blog entry on her website where she reveals one of her favorite workouts. Not only does this routine require ZERO equipment, it only takes 11 minutes!
The tall diva wrote:
“If I’m traveling or don’t feel like leaving my house, these are all the moves I try to get in ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ in just 11 minutes!”
To get Kenny’s sexy frame, do the following:
–Forearm plank, 30 seconds
–High plank, 30 seconds
–Side plank, 15 seconds
–Side plank with crunch, 5 reps each side
–Single arm/leg plank, 15 seconds
–Rocking plank, 15 seconds
