“If I’m traveling or don’t feel like leaving my house, these are all the moves I try to get in ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ in just 11 minutes!”

To get Kenny’s sexy frame, do the following:

Forearm plank, 30 seconds

High plank, 30 seconds

Side plank, 15 seconds

Side plank with crunch, 5 reps each side

Single arm/leg plank, 15 seconds

Rocking plank, 15 seconds
