Bachelor In Paradise‘s Josh Murray Proves He’s A Petty AF Ex By Calling The Cops On Ex-Fianc├â┬⌐e Amanda Stanton!

Josh Murray is one petty ex.

How do we know this?? Well, back on March 20, The Bachelorette alum called the cops on his former fiancée Amanda Stanton all so that he could get keys to a car. Smh.

According to an Irvine Police spokesperson, Mr. Murray and his assistant Hayley Watts placed a “keep the peace” call earlier this month, as the 32-year-old was at odds with Miz Stanton over an Audi Q5. The rep revealed to Us Weekly:

“It was an incident where it was a dispute over a car and perhaps some items in the car. It basically resolved itself. No arrests were made. There was no criminal activity of any sort.”

So… why were the cops needed in the first place? Murray’s assistant dished:

“I was there with a police officer trying to make a peaceful exchange trying to receive the [car] keys from Amanda.”

Huh. Still seems like a dramatic AF move to us.

According to InTouch, Josh had wanted Amanda to pay him $30,000 for the vehicle as he had purchased the Audi when they were still together back in October. A source noted to the site:

“Amanda told Josh she wanted to work out the car situation when she got back from vacation. But instead of waiting any longer, he called the police the day she got home.”

So ridiculous. To make matters worse, the mother-of-two was willing to take over the car payments for the Audi as she recently explained:

“He wanted to go to the DMV the next day, but I was going out of town and [told him] we could handle when I got back. He said ├óΓé¼╦£OK’ and we were going to handle it on Tuesday. I got home on Monday night and was cooking dinner for my daughters when there was a knock at the door and it was the police.”

STAHHHHPP IT! And it sounds like Amanda is as baffled as we are by Josh’s decision to call the cops as she concluded:

“I was very cooperative and gave them the keys right away. I got a new car the next day. If anything, it was just weird that he called the police when he didn’t have to. We don’t talk anymore. I don’t know why this had to happen. I thought once we cut our ties and he had his car back we’d be done with each other.”

We think the reality TV starlet dodge a bullet by not marrying the former pro baseball player. In case you forgot, the twosome met through Bachelor In Paradise and became engaged at the end of filming. They called off their engagement back in December after a brutal fight at KIIS FM‘s Jingle Ball.

Good riddance!
