If you thought being a teenager was hard, just wait until you see what Jazz Jennings has to go through!
In the upcoming season of I Am Jazz, the titular 16-year-old goes through relatable struggles of becoming an adult, like learning how to drive and the pressures of dating.
But in addition to everyday high school endeavors, Jazz is also forced to confront the numerous hardships of being a transgender teen.
In the season two trailer, Jazz’s mother tries to get her to go to therapy to discuss the issues she’s dealing with. While Jazz isn’t open to that type of professional, she is excited to see another doctor who tells her it’s “feasible” for her to have “bottom surgery.”
Aside from butting heads with her parents about whether she’s ready for surgery, we also see the reality star about to face off against a much more intimidating opponent: conservative shock jock Tomi Lahren! Ruh-roh!
