At least ONE airline is getting some good PR! Sorry not sorry, United!

This week, one Twitter user decided to have a little fun with Southwest Airlines‘ customer service — and the company basically said, “you TRIED.”

So here’s what went down.

The 19-year-old made up a fake complaint about a rude flight attendant via direct message — only to later reveal when pressed for details by the extremely-nice rep, Linnea, that the employee in question was Britney Spears.

Realizing she was being punk’d, Linnea offered the most glorious response ever.
