These are definitely some serious allegations.
In new court documents, Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz‘s lawyers stated:
“Threatening a man with body harm while calling him a ‘little Jew boy’ and intimidating him with ‘what are you going to do about it, Jew boy?’ is a hate crime.”
The documents clarify that the person making those particular comments was not Bieber, but his bodyguard. The new claims are in addition to the emotional distress and loss of income claims filed in an earlier suit.
Although the Schwartzes received $80K in damages after Bieber egged their house, they also claimed all the publicity surrounding the feud had a negative impact on Jeffrey’s car sales business. Then there was that incident with Justin hocking a loogie at Jeffrey.
It’s been a wild ride!
Justin’s legal team has countered saying the anti-Semitic claims are “preposterous.”
Adding the hate crime allegations to their suit, however, may allow them to collect more damages.
