Delta Passenger Intends To File Lawsuit After Being Groped By Man Who Had Already Been Caught Masturbating Inflight!

This is SO disturbing!

A woman is planning to file a lawsuit against Delta Airlines after she was allegedly groped by a fellow passenger, who had already been caught masturbating and was then left unattended on the July 27, 2016 flight.

According to reports of the incident, a flight attendant caught 41-year-old Christopher Finkley masturbating with his genitals exposed in first class about 40 minutes after takeoff.

As police weren’t called until after landing, Finkley was free to roam the cabin as he pleased. When he went to the back of the plane to use the restroom, it’s said he sat down in an empty seat and began touching the woman — who was traveling with her 14-year-old daughter — and put parts of his hand under her shorts, despite her pleas for him to stop.

The federal prosecutor’s sentencing memo says Finkley returned to his seat before landing, where he was seen AGAIN rubbing his exposed penis.

He was arrested and interviewed by the FBI at the gate, where he said that he thought he had covered himself with a blanket:

“The defendant then admitted that he likes to sit with his hands in his pants and massage his penis, and called this ‘his happy place.'”

Finkley also admitted to touching the woman outside of her knee with a “caressing motion.”

Legal docs say Finkley was sentenced to a week of imprisonment last month after he plead guilty to one count of “simple assault, inappropriate touching.”

The victim’s attorney Gerald Acker put some of the blame of Delta, saying of the horrifying assault:

“Rather than telling anybody, they allow this predator to move to the back of the airplane and assault a passenger. It’s our understanding they didn’t have any policies to deal with any incidents like this. That’s what their representation has been, which is hard to believe.”

“My guess is that in the next few weeks, we’ll be filing a lawsuit.”

Dear airlines, get your shit together!!!
