Rob Dyrdek Shares Emotional Tribute Following Christopher ‘Big Black’ Boykin’s Death

Rob Dyrdek is mourning the loss of his friend and former costar, Christopher “Big Black” Boykin.

Taking to social media to react to the news after the Rob & Big star passed away from a reported heart attack on Tuesday, the 42-year-old penned alongside the photo (above):

“My heart is broken. I don’t want to write this post. I don’t want to believe that this is reality. I am so thankful for you. We truly were brothers that lived an unexpected unforgettable adventure. I just can’t fathom that it would end so suddenly. You will forever be in my heart.”

As you may remember, the pair’s MTV show ended abruptly back in 2008 after rumored tension between the two, but Rob and the 45-year-old had made up in recent years.
