Dani Mathers loses motion to dismiss charges.

We’ll be seeing her in court!

Playboy Playmate Dani Mathers has lost her bid to have charges against her dismissed in her infamous body-shaming case, The Wrap reports.

As you’ll recall, the model was widely criticized for posting a photo of a nude 71-year-old woman in the locker room of an LA Fitness gym and mocking her body with the caption, “If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either.”

The Snapchat post quickly went viral, with Dani’s actions excoriated by the public. She was charged with invasion of privacy quickly thereafter.

On Monday, a judge denied the motion to dismiss those charges. Dani had previously argued that the charges were too ambiguous. How about being a horrible human being? Too ambiguous?

Mathers faces a possible six months in prison and a $1K fine if found guilty.

The next court date in the case is set for May 24.
