Playboy Playmate Dani Mathers is walking away with quite the plea deal after publicly body shaming a 71-year-old woman on Snapchat. It’s said the blonde model has agreed to three years of probation and 30 days of graffiti removal in order to make amends for her crime.
Of course, this update comes only a week after Miz Mathers’ motion to have the case dismissed was shot down by a judge. So, we aren’t exactly surprised to hear that Dani accepted a plea deal.
Anywho, Mathers appeared in court today (May 24) where she pleaded no contest to misdemeanor invasion of privacy. The 30-year-old was spotted dressed in all black and wearing large sunglasses for her El Lay court appearance. Well, you gotta look good for a sentencing, right??
Nonetheless, the pin-up was prepared to head to jail for her actions. While chatting with DailyMail.com, Dani’s best friend Melissa Yanez noted on the eve of the trial:
“Dani’s willing to accept the mistake and wants to deal with it. She is worried, anyone would be. But at the same time, she doesn’t want this to haunt her for her whole life.”
Miz Yanez also wrote a character reference on behalf of Dani for this highly publicized case. We’re sure Melissa, along with Dani’s other loved ones, are thrilled with how this case turned out.
What do YOU think?? Is Dani’s punishment too light??
