Stars continue to rally around the victims of the Manchester bombing.

Over the weekend, it was revealed that Harry Styles reached out to one of the victims recovering at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital following the attack at Ariana Grande‘s concert.

It’s said the One Direction alum called 14-year-old Freya Lewis, who is currently in intensive care after flying shrapnel caused multiple fractures, lacerations, and burns.

To make matters worse, the teen fan also lost her best friend, named Nell Jones, during the violent incident. So it’s no wonder the Sign Of The Times singer wanted to bring some joy into this fan’s life. According to Freya’s family, Taylor Swift‘s ex phoned the survivor after one of her many surgeries.

They elaborated in a blog post:

“The phone rang, and it was Harry Styles. Freya woke up, Harry said he loved her, she said she loved him, then Dad said he loved him!! The PICU unit at Manchester Children’s Hospital has just been given a lift like you cannot imagine! Harry, we salute you sir.”

We’re not crying, you are!

Apparently, Styles was alerted to Freya’s condition after Lewis’ sister Georgia shared the teen’s story on social media and asked others to tag Harry in the hopes the former boy bander would see it. Sounds like Georgia is officially 2017’s Sister Of The Year.

And it seems as though George is a little shocked her online campaign worked, as she added on Facebook:

“Cannot believe it, Mr Harry Styles just rang my Dad. Hearing his voice has been a great lift and Freya has totally woken up and is completely in shock that he rang.”

Awwww. Although, we’re not surprised to learn that Harry reached out as he was pretty shaken up over the bombing in his hometown.

However, it isn’t just the victims people are thinking about these days as Ariana’s mom, Joan Grande made sure to thank those who helped during the bombing on Twitter (below).

Well said. In case you forgot, Joan was in the audience when the explosive device was detonated and reportedly led a group of concert goers to safety. Wow.

As always, we’re wishing those affected by this tragedy only the best during this tough time.
