WHOA! This story just took a CRAZY turn!

As we reported over the weekend, on Saturday, Hilary Duff‘s ex Mike Comrie was cleared of rape charges after prosecutors decided they could not prove Comrie committed sexual assault beyond a reasonable doubt.

In the past few weeks, the former Edmonton Oilers center has been under investigation for an incident on February 11 where he invited two women over for drinks and sex at his Los Angeles home. The woman at the center of the controversy said the hockey player crossed the line when he engaged in anal intercourse without her consent.

Fast forward to Monday, and more information is surfacing regarding the alleged victim’s identity — and it totally changes the entire story!

A source told the athlete’s accuser is a high-end female pimp who runs operations in NYC, Miami, and Los Angeles. The insider says Comrie called the madam (whom he has known for quite some time) and inquired about a girl. The madam then asked if she could join in, and he agreed.

After the incident, the woman asked the 36-year-old to invest $1 million in a business venture but he refused. Then, according to the source, she threatened to claim he raped her and demanded $10 million in hush money. When Mike refused once again, she went to the police.

The source says:

“Comrie cooperated with the police from the beginning, he submitted a DNA sample and answered all their questions. Now he’s been cleared.”

In fact, authorities became suspicious of the woman’s allegations because of a similar incident that happened in the past.

“The officers working the case became suspicious of the madam when they discovered she had made a similar false allegation in the past… She claimed she was sexually assaulted by a police officer in Yuma, Arizona some years ago, but that case was also dropped.”

The second woman reportedly left Comrie’s house before the “rape” took place, and did not file any complaints.

What do YOU think about this turn in the case??
