This doesn’t bode well for Aaron Carter.
As you’ve likely heard, the Fool’s Gold singer was arrested in Habersham County, Georgia on Saturday for driving under the influence and marijuana possession. The former child star’s girlfriend, Madison Parker, was also arrested.
However, Nick Carter‘s brother has since clapped back at the arresting officers as he’s accused them of booking him over his celeb status. According to Carter, the cops had no right to arrest him as they didn’t even see him behind the wheel.
Well, this claim doesn’t appear to be accurate as the 911 caller who reported Aaron’s allegedly reckless behavior stated that the industry vet drove right by an officer before pulling into a AutoZone. The concerned driver also detailed the Aaron’s Party performer’s antics behind the wheel prior to getting arrested.
In audio obtained by TMZ, the 911 caller stated:
“There is a [Chevrolet Suburban] it don’t [sic] have a tag on it… and that sucker’s been in the median, he’s been all the way over to the guardrail, he’s got his door open going down the road…I didn’t want to get too close to him. Oh, and he looks like he is on something…Gosh, he is ALL OVER the road!”
Yikes. Mr. Carter has since defended that the “swerving” which was reported had nothing to do with his marijuana possession (which he has a medical card for), but rather had to do with the messed up alignment in his car.
Regardless, we’re sure this audio will make things difficult for the singer. Oof.
