What’s a president to do when all the CEOs start ditching his party? Cancel the party before everyone cancels on him, duh!!!
In the days following his response to the deadly white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Donald Trump has gone from cocky to desperate over his American Manufacturing Council.

But the resignation letters didn’t stop there! Over the next few days, execs from Under Armour, Intel, and AFL-CIO pulled out of Trump’s advisory committees.
Still, POTUS played it cool, claiming he had “many” CEOs lined up to take the place of anyone who wanted to drop from the panel. Of course, that wasn’t actually the case…

Don’t worry, POTUS is already making up excuses for the council fail. During a heated exchange with reporters, Trump later said some of the CEO decision were due to “embarrassment” over outsourcing.
But every business leader who dropped from the panel made it clear they were doing so over concerns about inclusivity!

This is a good start! Now, Drumpf can get to cancelling his presidency!
