What’s a girl to do when her stepfather is a royal pain in the ass? Kill him?
That’s the plan two teens cook up in the hilarious dark comedy Thoroughbreds!
The film stars Olivia Cooke and Anya Taylor-Joy as childhood friends who reconnect by hatching a killer plan to get rid of an oppressive patriarch.
To get the deed done, the girls enlist in the help of a frazzled drug dealer (Anton Yelchin) to land their hands on a murder weapon. This film sadly marks one of the final onscreen performances of Yelchin, who died in a freak accident last year.
