These are the conversations that matter.
Today got a sneak peak of the dialogue between victims who say they were sexually assaulted by the likes of Donald Trump, Louis C.K., and Harvey Weinstein. The women discussed their stories and their experience in the aftermath of coming forward publicly.
For example, Jessica Leeds, who accuses POTUS of grabbing her breasts and attempting to put his hand up her skirt on a plane decades ago says it’s been difficult to not be believed:
“It’s tough being called liar. It’s very difficult to stand up and say this is what happened and have an administration saying I’m lying.”
One of Louis’ victims, Rebecca Corry, says of the scary threats she’s received:
“I’m getting death threats and I’m getting ripped apart and I’m getting all this free hate every single day.”
