1. We have to kick off the list with the alleged sexual misconduct investigation that went down between DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios. The two were in the middle of a media storm over the summer after a producer reported an inappropriate sexual encounter that may or may not have happened in the pool while filming Bachelor In Paradise. Ultimately, no wrongdoing was found and the two seem to be close pals. Oof!

2. Former Bachelor Chris Soules was arrested after he allegedly left the scene of a fatal accident after his truck rammed into a John Deere tractor trailer, sending it into a ditch. Kenneth Moser — the driver of the tractor — died as a result of his injuries. Soules has motioned to dismiss the hit-and-run charge, but the case is ongoing.

3. A former producer for the dating series, Becky Steenhoek, came forward in October with a lawsuit against Warner Brothers and several of the show’s producers in Los Angeles Superior Court saying she was repeatedly asked very intimate questions about her sex life, which she says were made to make her feel uncomfortable during her time on JoJo Fletcher‘s season in 2016. She claims to have been fired after making her concerns known. No word yet on how this will pan out.

4. Sorry to end on a sad note, but Bachelor Nation lost a member when Michael Nance — the 31-year-old from Emily Maynard‘s season of The Bachelorettewas found unresponsive in the early hours of May 29 at a group home in Austin, Texas. According to an autopsy report from the Travis County Office of the Medical Examiner, the former reality star died from “multiple drug toxicity” from cocaine, heroin, Clonazepam, and Gabapentin. His passing was ruled an accident. Such a tragedy.
