Rob Kardashian Denies Assaulting Blac Chyna In New Legal Filing

rob kardashian denies abuse allegations

Rob Kardashian denies being physically violent with Blac Chyna.

In case you missed it, the former video vixen slapped her ex-fianc├â┬⌐, Kris Jenner, and Kim Kardashian West with a lawsuit, where she made claims that the Arthur George designer assaulted her during an April incident. Well, it seems that Mr. Kardashian has formally denied the abuse allegations as he’s filed his response to the Superior Court of Los Angeles.

According to The Blast, Rob noted in his filing that he “generally and specifically denies each of the allegations” mentioned by his former flame in the suit. The reality TV personality’s response highlighted:

“She did not suffer any injury or harm as a result of any conduct by [Kardashian].”

This directly contradicts Chyna’s account of what went down. Reportedly, Rob got physical with his baby momma when she tried to call ex Tyga (with whom she shares son King Cairo). The E! personality’s complaint alleges that Kardashian “immediately grabbed the phone from her hand and violently knocked her to the ground where she landed on her hands and knees.”

Dream Kardashian‘s momma claims to have video proof of the 30-year-old yelling and ransacking her closet. She relayed in her filing:

“Ms. White suffered pain and difficulty walking for days following the domestic dispute as a result of Rob Kardashian violently knocking her to the ground.”

Not to mention, per Chyna, Rob’s revenge porn scandal and the KarJenners’ negative stance towards her made it so Rob & Chyna got canceled before a second season.

Regardless, Rob is vehement that he’s innocent as he defended that “damages resulting from any injuries or harm [Chyna] claims to have suffered must also be offset against the damages [Kardashian] suffered as a result of [Chyna’s] wrongful acts.” Kris’ son previously accused Chyna of trying to strangle him with a phone cord.

The industry vet also hit back that any claims he made about Chyna “are not actionable” since he “believed them to be true at the time they were made” and “they were expressions of opinion.” Rob didn’t stop there as he additionally accused his ex of breaching “the same contractual provision about which she complains.”

Messy, messy, MESSY.

Unsurprisingly, Rob has requested that this case be dismissed.
