The Thor: Ragnarok actress isn’t afraid to bring down the hammer!
On Sunday, Tessa Thompson posted the following photo on Instagram which shows several members of the anti-harassment Time’s Up movement — including Reese Witherspoon, Amy Poehler, and Emma Stone — the day before the Golden Globes.
The 34-year-old shared:
“The Day Before. 6 hours, 60 artists, 8 activists and a lot of coffee. Tonight├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ it was televised.”
However, one commenter was dismayed to see one face in particular: Lena Dunham!
Specifically, the social media user took issue with the Girls star’s defense of writer Murray Miller, who was accused of rape by actress Aurora Perrineau. As seen here:
Tessa responded saying Lena “was not anywhere present in our group during the countless hours of work for the last two months.” When Dunham showed up to the “open house” on Saturday and posed for the picture, many were surprised.
Interesting enough, Lena posted the same pic on her Insta page, but — as of this writing — has turned off the comments section.
Tsk, tsk, tsk!
