Maybe it’s that the KUWTK star has gotten so in tune with her body over the past few years, but she certainly doesn’t seem to be facing some of the challenges of other celeb moms like Kate Middleton and Kelly Clarkson.
Regardless, she posted to her app Wednesday an update titled “Yes I Have Pregnancy Cravings” in which she explains the reason you never see her talking about eating “an entire box of cookies” on Twitter or something it’s because her preggers hasn’t changed her diet that much:
“I just don’t eat like that. But, if I’m craving something, I make sure I give it to myself.”
She does not go so far as to reveal exactly what she craves, but we’re going to guess good nutrition is so ingrained in the Revenge Body host at this point it’s mostly delicious AND wholesome.
Khlo├â┬⌐ goes on:
“During my pregnancy, I’m obviously not beating myself up about what I’m eating at all.”
And why should she?
The fitness guru knows she’s just going to lose any extra weight, like, immediately! She’s even looking forward to the challenge:
“I’m more encouraged by how, after the baby comes, I’m going to work off every pound. I’m actually really excited to get my body back. I can’t wait!”
Khlo├â┬⌐ is still working out even now, though not nearly as hard:
“Of course, I can’t go as hard as I did before, and I really do miss my intense workouts. Honestly, though, I’m just happy I still have the energy!”
Speaking of which, that is one craving she can’t indulge in while pregnant — energy drinks! She explains:
“They made me wired in the best way possible, LOL. My workouts are definitely not the same without them, but I’m proud of myself for staying so mentally strong right now!”
Only Khlo├â┬⌐’s biggest pregnancy craving would be more intense workouts! Ha!
