Don’t you hate it when your favorite A-list celeb suddenly grows an extra limb?

On Thursday, Vanity Fair released the cover for its 24th annual Hollywood Issue, shot by celebrated photographer Annie Leibovitz.

Appearing in the issue include film and TV stars such as Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Tom Hanks, Michael B. Jordan, Jessica Chastain, Zendaya, Claire Foy, Michael Shannon, Harrison Ford, Gal Gadot, Robert De Niro, and former Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter.

While the photo appears to be a beautiful shot, upon further inspection, something is a little off with Miz Witherspoon.

As one Twitter user points out, the Big Little Lies actress looks like she has three legs, possibly due to a Photoshop error:

However, Reese wasn’t the only victim of bad editing. Zendaya looks like she only has one leg, while Oprah appears to have three hands in an “outtake” published online.

Luckily, both Winfrey and Witherspoon had a sense of humor about the whole thing. They wrote:

Overall, the Internet got a big laugh out of the entire fiasco. See some the best reactions (below):
