White House Backtracks Trump’s ‘Treasonous’ Comments — After Senator SLAMS Him With A New Nickname On Twitter!

Ugh, Donald Trump is such a small man!

In case you hadn’t seen, the Megalomaniac-In-Chief took a break from bragging about his score on a brain damage evaluation to slam his “haters” who didn’t clap for his State of the Union speech.

Only he used a much more volatile term than perhaps he’s even aware — treason.

The POTUS said during a speech in Ohio on Monday:

“They were like death and un-American. Un-American. Somebody said, ‘Treasonous.’ I mean, yeah, I guess, why not. Can we call that treason? Why not.”

Ugh. Naturally, many took to Twitter to slam his use of such a meaningful word to describe what in actuality was dissent, our right as Americans.

But no one got Trump better than Senator Tammy Duckworth, an Iraq war vet who lost both her legs in combat. She said:

Ha! “Cadet Bone Spurs” really caught on, trending for hours — and you can bet we’ll be using it from now on!

As per usual, the White House walked back his comments, saying he was “clearly joking.”

You know, the same defense the biggest asshole you know at work gives every time they make a big asshole comment that ruins your day. The same defense bullies on the playground give.

We wonder how long it will take Trump to fire back at Senator Duckworth. Because that would be a very one-sided fight.
