The net may be losing its mind at Blac Chyna‘s leaked sex tape, but one person wants you all to know this is no laughing matter.

Chyna’s attorney Walter Mosley said previously he couldn’t comment — but we guess he meant in the specific.

Because he shortly after took to Instagram to decry the “morally corrupt” action of leaking a sex tape — which he compares to rape:

“I’m tired of telling my clients to not make videos because the men will put them out later. It’s like I’m telling them not to wear short skirts because you’re going to entice a man to rape you. #smh And like most rapes, these betrayals often come from those most close to us. So today I’m saying, men we need to do better. We need to tell each other to do better.”

We wonder if he’s referring to someone specific when he refers to “those most close to us”? See his whole post (below):

We have to change this culture of abuse and assault against women. Today├óΓé¼Γäós post saddens me deeply as it is an attack not only against my client but my friend. Why do we think it├óΓé¼Γäós acceptable to sell, or publish, or seek revenge, or blackmail women in this way and without their consent? It├óΓé¼Γäós not. Men … we have to do better. I├óΓé¼Γäóm tired of telling my clients to not make videos because the men will put them out later. It├óΓé¼Γäós like I├óΓé¼Γäóm telling them not to wear short skirts because you├óΓé¼Γäóre going to entice a man to rape you. #smh And like most rapes, these betrayals often come from those most close to us. So today I├óΓé¼Γäóm saying, men we need to do better. We need to tell each other to do better. We need to stop sharing these videos with each other in the club, at the barbershop or (and especially) online. It is a morally corrupt action, which is (at least in California) criminal. Maybe it is time to set an example. #blacchynaA post shared by Walter Mosley (@waltermosley) on Feb 19, 2018 at 11:54am PST
