Unlike the pinworm survivor, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson didn’t overshare when he spoke about his daughter’s recent medical emergency — he did, however, provide excellent advice to parents who might go through a similar situation.
In an Instagram video on Tuesday (recorded at the gym, of course), the Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle star revealed that his two-year-old Jasmine had been taken to the emergency room on Saturday night.
The actor didn’t go too much into detail about what happened, but explained he and his family were “up all night in the emergency room” after “something scary” happened to his little girl.
Confirming the tot is “okay now,” Johnson went on to thank everyone who helped during the crisis, including the 911 operator, the Los Angeles Fire Department responders, and the UCLA medical team who took care of Jasmine.
The former WWE star capped off the video with a message to all the neurotic parents out there, advising that they “stay as calm and as focused as possible” in situations like this, because the little ones “pick up on what we’re putting out.”
Solid advice from a solid parent! See his full message (below)!
