fifth harmony announces hiatus

Fifth Harmony has announced their hiatus!

On Monday, the X Factor formed girl group took to Twitter to confirm that they’re taking an indefinite break following six successful years. The group members — Dinah Jane, Normani, Ally Brooke, and Lauren Jauregui — have decided to disband the beloved 5H in order to pursue “solo endeavors.”

We had a feeling this news was coming as, back in February, Fifth Harmony canceled their 2018 Australian tour after first postponing the dates. Not to mention, bandmates Jauregui and Normani each scored their own solo deals recently. Oh, and let’s not forget about Camila Cabello‘s 2016 dramatic exit from the girl group.

Nonetheless, the women are grateful to the Harmonizers for their love and devotion over the years. Be sure to ch-ch-check out their full statement for yourself (below)!

Is it already too soon to be hoping for a reunion??? *SIGH*
