Jared Fogle Suing Federal Prosecutors For Slapping Him With The Wrong Child Porn Charges

Jared Fogle has a lot of time on his hands these days, and he’s been using it to hit back at the judge and prosecutors who sent him to prison for child pornography.

Following his failed attempt to get out of prison with a slew of motions he filed last year, the disgraced Subway spokesperson is now suing federal prosecutors for charging him with conspiracy to receive pictures of minors.

According to TMZ, the complaint is similar to the one he filed earlier this year, which argues he shouldn’t have been charged with conspiracy because it doesn’t apply to the basic crime of distributing sexually explicit pictures of minors.

Basically, Fogle thinks he received a harsher punishment than necessary because he had no involvement in making the lewd photos of children — so, he believes he’s entitled to at least $57 million, which he says is triple the damage to his smeared career.

Fogle is teaming up with two other inmates to file the civil lawsuit against prosecutors. His co-plaintiffs are suing for up to $114 million.
