One weird night has resulted in years of sexual confusion — according to Jamie Luner‘s accuser — which is why he says he’s entitled to $250 million.
Anthony Oliver filed a lawsuit against the Melrose Place star for allegedly seducing him into a sexual act when he was 16 years old, claiming the experience turned him into an alcoholic and led to years of emotional distress.
According to the suit, Oliver isn’t the actress’ only alleged victim, saying multiple men came forward to the LAPD claiming they were also assaulted by Luner, and claims two other men accused her of drug-induced sex.
Oliver’s encounter with the actress dates back to 1998, when he says he attended a house party thrown by Luner to celebrate the success of the show. He was invited to the party because Luner’s makeup artist knew Oliver’s brother and developed a crush on Oliver.
The plaintiff claims Luner saw him that night and called him “adorable,” and, despite his being underage, had her makeup artist pour him a Jack and coke. After they drank and talked for 3 hours, they went to her room, where Oliver alleges the actress pulled out a small plastic bag of crystal meth from her purse.
He claims she told him the drug is “going to make you real horny.” Oliver instead asked for 2 Tylenols, which he claims were laced with the crystal meth. His head started spinning and he says he became sexually aroused.
Here’s where things get inneresting (and graphic)…
According to TMZ, the makeup guy then allegedly told a then-26-year-old Luner to go to her room and put on her “kitty cat outfit.” She then allegedly went to a couch and began licking Oliver’s neck, chest and arms; she then removed his belt, underwear, and socks.
While she was performing oral sex on the teen, Luner allegedly took his penis out of her mouth and put in the mouth of the makeup artist. Oliver says he ended up having sex with the actress multiple times, claiming she said, “come bend me over the couch and ram me.”
The lawsuit also claims that Oliver’s brother had left the party, and when he returned, he recorded his brother and Luner having sex.
Oliver says this drug-fueled experience severely affected the rest of his life, alleging in the suit he “is left not knowing if he is attracted to men, women or both.” He is suing Luner for sexual battery and emotional distress.
A rep for the actress called the allegations “completely unfounded,” telling TMZ that the plaintiff has an extensive history of filing lawsuits:
“All of these allegations are completely unfounded and we believe part of a targeted extortion scheme├óΓé¼┬ª Anthony Oliver has a history of filing lawsuits, and has filed 27 federal lawsuits in the past 8 years.”
