Rob Kardashian is taking his opening.

As you surely know, Blac Chyna made headlines recently for wielding daughter Dream Kardashian‘s stroller like a weapon, after a fellow amusement park attendee tried to touch her little one with Rob. While it’s said that young Dream and King Cairo were whisked away before their momma’s outburst, reports claim that Kris Jenner‘s son is LIVID about the situation.

Apparently, the reality TV vet feels his former fianc├â┬⌐e put Dream in harm’s way with her violent outburst. Thus, the 31-year-old has decided to take his baby momma to family court. Eek.

According to TMZ sources, Kim Kardashian West‘s brother has been concerned about his daughter’s well being for some time. Supposedly, he’s been horrified by Chyna’s antics, and we’re not just talking about the stroller showdown. Although, it’s believed that this incident WAS the last straw for Mr. Kardashian.

Still, Rob hasn’t enjoyed the number of men that Chyna has brought into Dream’s life. Per the report, Rob wants to secure a court order, which states that Chyna can’t introduce a partner to Dream unless the relationship lasts longer than six months. We wonder what Chyna’s latest suitor 18-year-old YBN Almighty Jay thinks about this??

Unfortunately for Chyna, this isn’t the only topic Rob plans to discuss in court. Reportedly, Kardashian also wants to get his child support payments GREATLY reduced. Right now, the E! personality is shelling out $20,000 a month — and he thinks it is ridiculous.

For starters, he and Blac Chyna have 50/50 custody of Dream, so he shouldn’t have to spend this much. Secondly, the D.C. native makes more than him. Rob’s earning potential was pretty much wiped out when he was banned from Instagram. To be fair, he did bring the banning on himself…

Nonetheless, Rob is expected to take his requests to court any day now. Chyna better lawyer up — STAT!
