These brothers just can’t stay out of trouble.

Jake Paul is in hot water once again, only this time it’s not in the court of public opinion but actual court!

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, a company called Cobra Acquisitions, LLC is suing Jake for damages to a Los Angeles home the star rented from them.

Apparently the YouTube prankster stayed in the brand new house from May 2016 to December 2017, leaving behind broken cabinets, dead landscaping, and oddest of all, burn marks in the pool…

Cobra claims the $40,000 deposit Jake paid doesn’t come close to covering the damages he and his fellow social media stars made to the house with their nonstop partying, so they’re asking for $2.5 million in damages!

Sounds like it might be a bit exaggerated to us — we mean, the house is still standing, right?? LOLz!

What do YOU think of this suit??
