Matt Lauer DENIES Being Aggressive & Abusive — Says He Never Coerced Any Woman Into Sexual Relations! Read His Shocking Statement HERE!

no title

For whatever reason we can’t begin to fathom, Matt Lauer believes now is as good a time as any to resurface publicly and make (completely unwanted) comments about his ongoing sexual misconduct scandal and inappropriate behavior.

Lauer, as you’ll remember, was canned by NBC nearly six months ago after he was accused of various “inappropriate acts,” though he continues to deny ever forcing himself on anyone.

Here’s what Lauer had to say now, in a fresh new statement to the Washington Post that marks his first public resurfacing since late 2017 (below):

“I have made no public comments on the many false stories from anonymous or biased sources that have been reported about me over these past several months. I remained silent in an attempt to protect my family from further embarrassment and to restore a small degree of the privacy they have lost. But defending my family now requires me to speak up. I fully acknowledge that I acted inappropriately as a husband, father and principal at NBC. However I want to make it perfectly clear that any allegations or reports of coercive, aggressive or abusive actions on my part, at any time, are absolutely false.”

All those “false stories from anonymous or biased sources,” right?

Are you preparing your best Donald Trump FAKE NEWS defense, Matt??

Come on, man!!!

Probably not coincidentally, this little public statement comes ON THE EXACT SAME DAY as a new report — also out in WaPo — that details how an unnamed Today show staffer once confided in host Ann Curry back in 2012 about being “sexually harassed physically” by Lauer.

Troubled by the info, Curry said she “went to two members of NBC’s management team” about the accusation. Per the report, Curry claims she “told management they had a problem, and they needed to keep an eye on [Lauer] and how he deals with women.”

Bizarrely, though, NBC execs claim they have NO RECORD that Curry’s meeting ever occurred, and they say there’s “no mention” of the incident in Lauer’s personnel file. Hmmm…

Sounds like NBC is just as incompetent as we thought they were when this whole thing started to blow up months ago!!!
