KhloÃ© Kardashian is getting closer to her post pregnancy #bodygoals!
The KUWTK star revealed she is down 33 lbs. since giving birth to her daughter True Thompson a little over three months ago — and it’s all thanks to “being very active” during and after her pregnancy.
In an update to fans on her app, the new momma said she didn’t “put any pressure” on herself to get back to that pre-baby weight, but instead focused on getting back into her usual workout routine.
The Revenge Body star dished:
“Here is where I am at currently. True turned 3 months old on July 12. I honestly didn’t give myself a number that I wanted to lose by this time, especially since I wasn’t able to work out for the first six weeks. But, since then, I’ve lost 33 pounds! I’m shocked that I lost that much weight that quickly.”
She may be shocked, but we’re not!
After all, Koko has always put fitness first over the past few years. As she wrote in her post, the Good American mogul said she uses exercise as a stress reliever.
