Post Malone is safe, sound, and on the ground.
The Rockstar rapper was aboard a private plane on Tuesday that was forced to make an emergency landing.
According to a statement from the FAA, the aircraft “blew two tires as it took off from Runway 24 at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey” and made a safe landing at Stewart Airport in New York.
Thankfully, Malone was able to safely evacuate the plane and talk with first responders at the airport. He was on his way to London hours after performing at the 2018 MTV VMAs Monday evening.
The 23-year-old sent an update to his fans on Twitter, thanking some for their prayers while expressing disdain for those who “wished death” on him. He wrote:
i landed guys. thank you for your prayers. can't believe how many people wished death on me on this website. fuck you. but not today

We’re glad he’s alright.
