Chloe Sevigny dresses up as Joan of Arc – by way of The Legend of Billie Jean – at the V magazine Halloween party in NYC on Wednesday night.
Chloe’s was definitely our 2nd favorite outfit of the night.
THIS was definitely the best costume of all, though.
