For Toni Cornell, nothing compares to recording a song with Chris Cornell.
The Soundgarden frontman’s daughter remembered her late father on Sunday by posting their father-daughter duet of Prince‘s Nothing Compares 2 U.

The 13-year-old singer shared the song on YouTube, complete with heartbreaking Father’s Day note, in which she wrote:
“You gave me courage when I didn’t have any. You believed in me when I didn’t. I miss your love everyday. Recording this song with you was a special and amazing experience I wish I could repeat 100 times over and I know you would too. Happy Father’s Day daddy, nothing compares to you.”
Hopefully sharing memories like this make it a little easier for Toni to deal with the loss of her dad, who died in May 2017 of suicide.
