Life has not been easy for Elizabeth Thomas.

As you may recall, the Tennessee teen made headlines after being abducted by her teacher, Tad Cummins, back in March. While Miz Thomas has since been found and returned home to her family, it appears as though the 15-year-old had a rough upbringing before all of this drama.

The stroller scuffle saga continues.

As we reported, a viral video began circulating on Friday which featured a mother hysterically crying while holding her baby after an American Airlines flight attendant "violently" grabbed her double-wide stroller from her as she attempted to place the object in the overhead bin — allegedly hitting the mother and narrowly missing the baby.

Other passengers on the flight were distraught by the situation, as one man even stood up to defend the sobbing mother and almost ended up in a brawl with the allegedly aggressive flight attendant.

The late Aaron Hernandez will likely soon no longer be a convicted murderer.

According to the latest report, the ex-NFL star's legal team has already filed a motion to dismiss his 2015 conviction for the murder of Odin Lloyd.

Thanks to Massachusetts' rule of abatement ab initio, Hernandez dying before his appeals process had completed might require the state to automatically throw out his conviction.

Aaron Hernandez's Body Tests Positive For Synthetic Marijuana K2 — But That's Not The Only Thing Investigators Found!

The case of Aaron Hernandez's suicide just keeps getting more complicated.

Shortly after his death on April 19, several inmates told authorities the former New England Patriot might have been high on synthetic marijuana.

According to law enforcement sources speaking to Newsweek, the autopsy did indeed show traces of K2.

Subsequently, State Police did a thorough search of the entire Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center on Monday, looking the liquid marijuana, which can be smuggled into prison soaked into scraps of paper or letters.

Department of Corrections sources point out how unusual it is for State Troopers to come in and perform a search inside a prison; Internal Affairs were even involved, leading many to believe a bigger investigation into Hernandez's death and the prison itself is going on.

One thing investigators already found that wasn't on the up-and-up? It seems a corrections officer missed a round of surveillance at 2 a.m. — and Hernandez was found dead at 3:03 a.m. That officer has since been "detached with pay." Hmmm…

The prison is reportedly on lockdown as the investigation continues.
