Despite her recent arrest for drugs, it looks like Tatum O’Neal is returning to her role as Maggie on the FX series Rescue Me.
Do people actually watch that show???
At the time of her arrest earlier this month, O’Neal had already filmed two episodes for the fifth season of the show, which is expected to premiere in the spring of 2009.
Peter Tolan, the series co-creator says “We want to bring her back, and I haven’t heard anything about why she wouldn’t be available to us. It’s a misdemeanor, so she’s not going to do time, and nobody has said to us we can’t insure her or anything like that. So I’m assuming she’s available to us and it’s ‘business as usual.'”
Yea, unless she gets busted again for cocaine and taken to jail!
Tolan adds, “We’ve already started to do some stuff with her that hooks into the death [of one of the characters] and where that sends her.”
Even if she returns, will U still watch?
