Debbie Reynolds’ Last Words Were ‘I Want To Be With Carrie’
It seems Debbie Reynolds‘ heartbreaking wish has come true.
On Wednesday, the 84-year-old passed away after suffering a stroke, only one day after losing her daughter Carrie Fisher. The late legend’s son, Todd Fisher told TMZ the Singin’ In The Rain star’s last words were:
“I miss her so much, I want to be with Carrie.”
The 58-year-old explained his mother had made the sentimental statement only 15 minutes before her medical emergency, while discussing funeral plans for the Star Wars actress.
Family sources also revealed to the outlet that Ms. Reynolds had multiple strokes this year, and believed her health had been failing.
Debbie’s loved ones feel as though the untimely loss of her daughter was simply too much for her.
Our hearts and thoughts are with everyone affected by this terrible tragedy.
