Joe Giudice's Deportation Appeal Denied -- How Is Teresa Handling It??

Joe Giudice Deportation Appeal Denied

It looks like Joe Giudice‘s time in the United States is coming to an end.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey regular had filed an appeal on his deportation, but the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, more commonly known by the appropriately chilly moniker ICE, have denied it.

A spokesperson for the Executive Office for Immigration Review confirmed to Us Weekly:

“The Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed the case on April 11, 2019.”

Apparently the process was “done entirely by mail.”
A source close to Joe told E! News the Italian (former) reality star had to file and wait — until eventually receiving his big fat NO.
Joe’s lawyer, James J. Leonard Jr., released the following statement:

“We are extremely disappointed that the Board of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Giudice’s appeal. We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.”

Inneresting wording — considering his wife Teresa Giudice may have already given up hope of a reunion.
The table-flipping RHONJ star already said she would not follow her husband to Italy — and they would “go their separate ways” if he got deported.
Later she reportedly started shopping around a reality show idea about her divorce, a sort of Real Ex-Wives spinoff.

T’s castmates gave even more insight into the increasingly one-sided relationship this week; on Wednesday Jennifer Aydin told Us Weekly Joe reaches out to Teresa constantly, and for her it’s all a bit much:

“He calls her. They text each other, and she can text him and he calls her like 10 times a day. They talk, you know they talk about the kids. He’s bored. He’s bored in there and he’s calling her and she’s, you know, she misses him but she’s like wow, a lot of phone calls.”

Dolores Catania said Teresa was keeping herself busy, not sitting at home moping about the whole thing.
Well.
There’s still one more chance for Joe, if the court agrees to the stay and chooses to overturn the appeals decision — but that’s a BIG if.
In all likelihood, Joe is being sent to Italy very soon.

Joe and Teresa plead guilty in 2014 to 41 counts of fraud, admitting to pulling in $5 million over a decade of illegal behavior — hardly making them model citizens. Joe finished his 41-month sentence in March, at which point he was put into ICE custody.
While the 46-year-old has spent almost his entire life in the U.S., he was born in Italy and therefore was subject to deportation for his crimes.
Obviously the separation of families is always heartbreaking, but this is a far cry from the cases at the southern border.
Joe committed serious crimes here, and those crimes have consequences.
What do YOU think of Joe being deported??
