Khloe Kardashian Reveals Her EXACT Post-Baby Diet — And You Can Do It, Too!
Khloe Kardashian made it clear earlier this week she was NOT losing her baby weight through some “ridiculous diet.”
She stated on Twitter she was about making “lifestyle changes” that really made a difference — but what changes??
According to the first-time mom, the “healthy and nutritious diet” was developed with nutritionist Dr. Philip Goglia to fit her exact needs.
Namely, she did not want to starve herself! So the diet is full of foods she can eat with no guilt. She explains:
“The best part is that I’m never hungry because I’m always eating!”
She ain’t kiddin’! She eats up to 8 times a day!
Before her morning workout she eats a tablespoon each of jam and Justin’s Almond Butter — basically a PB&J without the carbs.
Then after exercise she has breakfast — two eggs, oatmeal, and berries.
KhloÃ© is allowed to snack, but she keeps it natural with fruits or a handful of almonds.
For lunch, she has a 4 oz. piece of meat, usually grilled chicken. For dinner, she usually switches it up with Omega-3-filled fish like salmon or sea bass.
For both meals, she overloads on salad and veggies to fill her up. She says the doc is all about the greens:
“Any vegetables are great, but he especially recommends those high in iron, like spinach, beets, asparagus, broccoli or romaine.”
She even allows herself some healthy carbs, like yams or rice — but ABSOLUTELY NO BREAD!
After dinner, she indulges in dessert — like a cup of berries. LOLz, y’all didn’t think you were getting milkshakes, didja??
Another important thing to remember is not just what you eat but how you eat. Don’t wait until you’re starving and DON’T keep eating until you’re stuffed!
In other words, EAT WHEN YOU NEED FOOD. It’s not easy — but it is simple!
