Donald Trump‘s presidency is looking more and more like an episode of The Apprentice!

As we reported on Wednesday, press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced that political aide Omarosa Manigault “resigned” on Tuesday “to pursue other opportunities.” However, some people believe the reality TV villain was actually fired.

According to TMZ sources, Omarosa frequently disagreed with her boss Trump and his Chief of Staff about the way he handled news events. Specifically, the issues involved the Charlottesville riots in August, his feud with Represenative Frederica Wilson, how he reportedly couldn’t remember the name of Gold Star widow Myeshia Johnson‘s husband during a phone call in October, and his recent endorsement of accused child molester Roy Moore.

Additionally, Miz Manigault is also said to have thought about resigning back in August, and also beefed with Gen. John Kelly.

Though, despite her exit, Omarosa and Trump are apparently still on good terms. According to TMZ, the President called his former employee after the resignation news, and the two had a “warm” and “cordial” hour-long conversation. In fact, Donnie will reportedly issue a statement soon, most likely on Twitter.

Although there are reports that Kelly fired Omarosa, sources say it was her decision to leave, and Trump was not looking to get rid of her. “You’re fired!”… may not apply here!
