“I think its a beautiful thing that 13 years later shes even more powerful as far as her name and her music just carrying on, and that i think is a beautiful thing. A lot of children come here to the museum that weren’t even born when Selena was alive and they speak of her as if they know her, and that comes from their parents. In a weird kind of way it’s a little southing to my soul to know that she is not going to be forgotten. As a person and also as an artist.”
