Randy Quaid Is Being Released From A Montreal Jail After Paying A Pretty Penny For His Bond!

We can’t really keep up with what the heck is going on with Randy Quaid.
The actor had been living on the lam in Canada since January 2013, when our cousins to the north issued a warrant for his arrest.
At least, he was until they finally found him last week and brought him into custody.
The Independence Day actor was locked up for missing an Immigration and Refugee Board meeting.
He went before the board today, to explain he missed his meeting because he and his wife, Evi, were living in Montreal since he was depressed over Canada’s decision to deny his immigration application.

The couple fled to the northern country in 2010 to steer clear of “star whackers,” AKA people hell-bent on killing celebrities.
Evi was granted citizenship since her father was born there, so she didn’t have that same problem.
And once again, it was Evi’s dad to the rescue, since he’s the one who coughed up the $10K bond to get Randy out of jail.
The kooky actor will be released later on Tuesday.
But, since he’s under a removal order from Canada, he could be coming back stateside at any time.
