While we’re happy to see not too many celebs were dressed a mess this week, Rita Ora and Jessica Simpson didn’t really make us feel any better, either!
Rita really took the high-waisted shorts to another level, while Jess’ monochromatic ensem was essentially overlooked. Not her best makeup look we’ve seen, sadly.
