Taraji P. Henson Is The Epitome Of Fierce Talking Those Terrence Howard Feud Rumors For BELLA New York Magazine!
Taraji P. Henson must be getting so tired talking Empire, but that’s not stopping her!
The 45-year-old is the latest to cover BELLA NYC magazine’s holiday issue, opening up about FOX‘s hit show.
But before we even go there, we can’t not mention her stunning editorial for the mag!
From the peek we’ve seen, Taraji unleashes her smolder in an all cream suit for one shot, and then a sequined look fit for any holiday party!
“Where did that rumor come from that Terrance and I are feuding. I fought to have him on the show. We’ve known each other for 10 years and worked together before. Why would I fight with someone I fought for?”
Taraji even revealed it was she and Terrence who worked together to help cast the Lyon family, specifically Hakeem and Jamal:
“We both loved Jussie [Smollett] right away and knew he was Jamal. We bonded; it was just natural with that kid. Lee and I have sons Yazz’s [Bryshere Y. Gray] age and we saw in him that confident, but not too confident, chest puffed out, with that swag that the character [Hakeem] represents.”
Can’t argue with her there! Read on for more HIGHlights…
On what it is Taraji loves about the show: “It’s the wow factor. You are always going to get good music… And this season we’ve amped up on the fashion and portray matters that people shy away from, there’s something for everyone.”
On being in demand: “I kept thinking with each part or film this would be it, but it wasn’t. Every time I thought I was the ‘It Girl’, it didn’t happen.”
On what she admires about Cookie: “Seventeen years in jail and it didn’t break her spirit, she was just on pause.”
