Taylor Swift Is A Charity Champion!

Dang, gurl!
Taylor Swift just loves giving away tons of money! Or at least raising tons of money for others. And we love that about her!
She had just recently donated $4,000,000 to charity and now she’s raising awareness and money to find a cure for neuroblastoma, a pediatric cancer.
She’s teamed with The Children├óΓé¼Γäós Neuroblastoma Cancer Foundation (CNCF) as her charity of choice for the 2012 CMT Music Awards.
The president of CNCF said:

“We are so excited about this opportunity to raise awareness about neuroblastoma on a national stage through such a talented and delightful young lady as Taylor Swift. We├óΓé¼Γäóre an organization of families and friends. Some who have lost children to neuroblastoma; some who├óΓé¼Γäóve seen lives saved. It├óΓé¼Γäós this hope that unites us. We├óΓé¼Γäóre going to do all that we can to help Taylor win at the CMT Music Awards. Taylor, we are eternally grateful and wish you all the best.”

The winners of each category in the Country Music Awards will get a donation from CMT to the charity of their choice.
So the CNCF has a chance to get a donation in the three different categories of Taylor’s nominations: Video of the Year for “Safe and Sound”; Female Video of the Year for “Ours”; and Collaborative Video of the Year for “Safe and Sound.”
